A Place for Everyone

Tucked away in the heart of Beggars Bush, Slattery’s is a Dublin 4 pub with a real love for good company, great pints and a lively atmosphere. Just a three–minute walk from the Aviva Stadium, right on the DART line and only fifteen minutes from the city centre, it’s the perfect meeting spot for every occasion.

Sports fans will always find a home here, but Slattery’s is just as much about after–work drinks, weekend get–togethers and cosy catch–ups. Our ‘Thursday’s Tonic’ evenings are a local favourite, with groups gathering to enjoy our G&T specials. With five unique bar areas, there’s a corner for everyone, whether you’re after a quiet pint, a lively night out or the best seat in the house for the match.

Rugby runs deep in our story. The pub quietly opened its doors on a Friday in November 1989, the very next day, Ireland faced the All Blacks at Lansdowne Road, right on our doorstep. In an unforgettable moment, Willie Anderson led the Irish team, arm in arm, towards the Haka, cementing Slattery’s as a true match–day pub for generations to come.

Behind the bar is a family history stretching back more than 85 years, with proud links to Slattery’s of Rathmines. That experience shows in every pour, every welcome and every gathering, a tradition of great service, a brilliant atmosphere and pints that keep people coming back.
